Zimbabwe

Charles Rutherford, then aged 94, was found alone starving and homeless in Harare. He was born in Rhodesia and served for nearly 40 years in the army, seeing service in World War 2. He is now being cared for in a Care Home in Harare. He is one of 1,300 veterans and widows being provided with financial assistance by RCEL.
